Welcome to the RES PTO!
We are a non-profit organization run purely by volunteers, with the basic mission to fundraise generally and for specific causes—all of which benefit RES, its staff, and its students. While raising money is our primary goal (through fundraisers like pie sales and events such as Big Truck Day), we strive to help enrich the RES community however it best sees fit to utilize us.
For example, RES teachers know they can reach out to us if they want something for their classrooms, and we help with larger, school-wide goals like the new playground.
We Need You!
While some of us have roles that require more of a time commitment, what we’re really looking for are people to volunteer at specific events, participate in our monthly meetings, or at least request to be on our mailing list to stay informed. A couple hours of your time can make the difference between an event raising thousands of dollars versus hundreds of dollars.
